Enrollment in any of our courses is subject to the payment of the applicable fees. All payments must be made in full before access to the course materials is granted.
No Refund Policy
All fees paid for our courses and services are non-refundable. Once you have enrolled and paid for a course, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reasons. Please ensure that you are certain about your enrollment before making a payment.
Use of Course Materials
All course materials provided by AMEC COLLEGE®, including videos, documents, and other resources, are the intellectual property of AMEC COLLEGE®. These materials are protected by copyright laws and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without express written permission from AMEC COLLEGE®.
Intellectual Property

Some of our courses are offered as optional Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities for NSW builders. It is the sole responsibility of each licence holder to determine how they earn, record, and manage their CPD points, and to ensure that any CPD activity they undertake meets the requirements set by NSW Fair Trading and the NSW Government. We do not provide legal advice regarding CPD compliance, and participation in our courses does not guarantee licence renewal or fulfilment of CPD obligations. The NSW Government does not endorse any CPD provider.
Data Retention and Business Closure
We, AMEC COLLEGE®, maintain records and information for students, including but not limited to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points, for a period of five (5) years from the date of completion of the relevant course or activity. This service is provided as a courtesy and is contingent upon the continued operation of our business.
In the event that AMEC COLLEGE® ceases to operate, is sold, or undergoes any form of dissolution, we will no longer be responsible for the retention or provision of these records. We shall not be held liable for any loss of data, records, or information that may occur as a result of such an event. Students are strongly advised to keep their own copies of all certificates, records, and information for their personal files.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
