Data Retention and Business Closure

We, AMEC COLLEGE®, maintain records and information for students, including but not limited to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points, for a period of five (5) years from the date of completion of the relevant course or activity. This service is provided as a courtesy and is contingent upon the continued operation of our business.

In the event that AMEC COLLEGE® ceases to operate, is sold, or undergoes any form of dissolution, we will no longer be responsible for the retention or provision of these records. We shall not be held liable for any loss of data, records, or information that may occur as a result of such an event. Students are strongly advised to keep their own copies of all certificates, records, and information for their personal files.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
